Support for existing businesses
We have advisers who can help in all aspects of running a small business - business plan development, marketing, legal advice, financial controls, accounting and book-keeping.
We have specialist advisers for e-business, childcare and also a large team of consultants who support arts based businesses. We can also provide advice on property and do grant searches for those seeking finance.
Some of these services have been provided free to the client (subject to eligibility) but an unrestricted commercial service is now also available.
If there is funded support we will tell you, or refer you to other agencies. Please note that the free services have become increasingly restricted, hence our introduction of a commercial service. Government funding now targets specific projects and areas. Group Workshops and Training can be more cost-effective, and we have also introduced a portfolio of e-learning materials.
